Stacked stone details and earth tones give it a timeless quality, and comfortable seating and better lighting beg patrons to linger, said David Johnston, general manager at Arizona Mills. Johnston has eaten at every restaurant and said they offer fresh dishes that are sit-down-restaurant quality.
“They surpassed what is usually called ‘food court fare,’ ” said Johnston, who has received positive feedback from patrons. “You normally don’t go to a shopping center with the intention of eating, but they’ve said this would be enough of a draw that they would come here not to eat by default, but as part of their trip.”
