The Inner Rail Food Hall, named as a nod to the location’s former identity, the Ak-sar-ben horse racing track, provides a one-of-a-kind experience for Omaha residents and travelers alike.
The food hall includes nine vendors featuring different styles of cuisine, all surrounding a central bar. Some vendors are extensions from local favorite shops, while other food vendors are new to Omaha.The thoughtful design and setup of the Inner Rail offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for dining and events.

CHDC, with help from Colicchio Consulting, transformed the first floor of the Old Cook County Hospital, a building long overdue for a refresh, into a 10,000 SF food hall. Inspired for all those who frequent or just visit the Illinois Medical District. The new amenity features ten chef-driven vendors as well as a vibrant bar and lounge. Dr. Murphy’s Food Hall is part of Cook County Hospital’s transformative $150 million renovation, which will include fully leased medical office space, a daycare center, and a 210-room Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Chicago Medical/University District hotel, the first combined Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels located in Chicago.

Junction Food & Drink is a chef-driven food hall. Upon launch in summer of 2020, it will feature inspired creations from both locally and nationally known chefs. Featuring 10 unique concepts, a 40-foot bar, and coffee shop under one roof, Junction brings culinary variety and innovation to the neighborhood dining scene. Colicchio Consulting worked with the Lincoln Property Company & ASB team to identity and secure an operator, vendors, and designer to help enhance the space and bring a bespoke amenity to the Colorado Center.

REGAS PROPERTY
Located just steps away from a foot bridge that connects downtown Knoxville to the developing northern neighborhood, Regas Square is a $40 million mixed-use development project that encompasses over 100 condominium units and 20,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Regas Property, a forward-thinking owner deeply rooted in the transformation of the city, is adding a +/- 15,000 square foot food hall as part of the development project. Spanning an entire city block, Marble City Market at Regas Square will be the first of its kind in Tennessee. The market will include a carefully curated lineup of top-notch chefs, 40 seat bar, spacious indoor and outdoor seating, and two Top Golf Swing Suite Simulators. Colicchio Consulting was brought on by Regas Property, to help with designing the space, curating a mix of local vendors, and engaging the right operator to run the food hall.
